We also got to go to the temple last week and that was wonderful as always!
The weather here is switching back and forth from warm to cold and I think it is making everyone sick! We weren't able to see a lot of our people this week because everyone has either a cold or a stomach bug or worse! And Diane wasn't able to make it to church to be confirmed because she was sick, so hopefully next week! Having less appointments this week worked out pretty well though because it gave us time for Sister Brown to pack and for us to deep clean an apartment that
hasn't been deep cleaned in too long! It is sad that Sister Brown is finally going home, but it will be ok because we will definitely still be close after the mission I am so grateful for the friends I've made here on my mission, and Sister Brown is one of the ones I know I needed in my life.
I'm also super excited about my new companion! Her name is Sister Sariah Baine and she is from the bustling metropolis of Alamo, Nevada! She has been in the mission since August, and I haven't served around her much, but she is a super solid missionary and pretty hilarious so it will be a party!
Life as a missionary is always changing and it isn't in our control, but the Lord is definitely in control.
And I am grateful to know that. This next transfer is going to be awesome! I feel like I am starting to run low on time, so I am enjoying every moment!
